**Brewing Instructions:** We recommend brewing this tea in a lidded cup (Gaiwan). Place an appropriate amount of tea leaves into the cup and pour in hot water. The ideal water temperature for brewing green tea is 180°F (approximately 85°C). Generally, fill the cup to about 70% capacity. Allow the tea to steep for approximately 2–3 minutes; during this time, you may observe the graceful "dance" of the leaves as they unfurl and expand. To ensure a consistent concentration throughout the liquor, gently swirl the cup before tasting to blend the liquid for an optimal flavor experience.
