Brewing Instructions: We recommend brewing in a glass cup. Place an appropriate amount of tea leaves into the cup and pour in hot water. The ideal water temperature for brewing green tea is 180°F (85°C). Generally, fill the cup to about 70% capacity. Steep for approximately 2–3 minutes, during which time you can observe the graceful "dance" of the leaves as they unfurl and expand. To ensure a consistent concentration throughout the brew, gently swirl the cup before tasting for an enhanced flavor experience.
